What is 7on7

All participants will get a chance to learn passing coverages, defense and offense schemes from their coaches and then compete in Tournaments. Players can continue to develop their football skills and still play their regular spring sport! This is the next level up from Flag Football!

What if my athlete plays another sport?

Many of our 7 on 7 and 5 on 5 athletes play other sports and in fact we encourage this! Tournament dates are scattered throughout each month -and if your player can make all of them great, but if they can only make ½ of them due to another sport that's fine too! We understand kids at this age play many sports, 7 on 7 is something they can participate in to help build and hone their skills, stay active and involved AND play other sports.

Practice

Practices start in January and are generally on Thursdays from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

Game Locations and Schedule

Who is eligible to play?

Boys and girls current grade in 2023/24 school year 5, 6, 7 or 8th grade; There are TWO divisions for each of the programs 5/6 and 7/8.

What is the cost to register?

$180 for both 7 on 7 teams.

Uniforms (jerseys and shorts) will be provided with a $100 equipment deposit which will be returned provided the uniforms are returned in good condition at the end of the season

*There will be optional gear available for purchase in an online store in January

All participants are required to provide the following:

• Cleats
• Blue, Black, white or grey cold gear (long sleeved top and leggings) for cold/wet weather games
• Purchase a soft shelled helmet (we will provide the link, the cost is about $80)
• Mouthguard
